FAQs

My toilet won’t stop flushing. What can I do?

There are two pieces that normally would cause this: Malfunctioning flush valve/flapper, or malfunctioning fill valve. Sometimes the flapper or tower could be stuck in the up position allowing the water to continuously run. Sometimes by the chain being caught in place, or a bad seal. Adjust the chain or replace the flapper/seal.

Other times it could be the fill valve float is caught in the down position and/or simply needs an adjustment. Other times it needs to be replaced.

To shut the water off until it can be serviced, a shut-off valve should be down to the left of the toilet, near the floor. Turn the handle clockwise until the water stops running.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes! We will schedule a home visit to assess the project and provide a free in-depth estimate. In some cases we may be able to estimate over the phone, but most times we would want to meet for accuracy. There can be many variables in most instances.
